A 50% deposit is required for boat rentals; the other 50% will be required upon the end of the rental plus remaining balance in gasoline.

Cancellation Policy: You must call, not email, to cancel a reservation. If cancelled more than fourteen days in advance, your deposit will be refunded minus a 3.5% processing fee. If cancelled less than fourteen days prior to the rental date, we will attempt to re-rent the boat. If successful, we will refund your deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for the full balance of the rental. No discounts will be given to late departures or early returns.

Rain checks, not refunds, will be issued only due to severe weather conditions. Periodic light rain would not qualify for a rain check. If lightning is observed, boats are required to return to the marina for a 30 minute time-out. If two thirds of the rental is completed, that would be considered a successful rental & no rain check will be issued. Weather forecasts are wrong more often than they're right. Therefore, we must wait until the day of to discuss rain checks.
